Join ASPL’s Karnataka team to drive farmer education and demand generation around Bengaluru. The role focuses on meeting farmers, demonstrating fertilisers, crop nutrition and crop protection, and building a strong retailer and dealer network.

Job Description

• Execute a weekly plan of village outreach, FPO meetings and KVK connects; explain product benefits, recommended dose and spray schedules as per local crops.

• Conduct field days, demo plots and result sharing to convert trials into repeat purchases.

• Ensure counter availability, merchandising and scheme communication at retailers and sub-stockists.

• Track competition on pricing and schemes; capture insights and actions in CRM.

• Coordinate with logistics for timely deliveries; support billing, claims and collections.

Maintain beat plans, visit reports, leads and conversions with clean CRM hygiene.

Candidate Profile

• BSc Agriculture; 1–3 years in agri marketing or channel sales.

• Proven ability to meet farmers, explain fertilisers and other agri products confidently and close sales.

• Experience in demo management, farmer meetings and retailer onboarding.

• Working knowledge of Excel or Sheets; CRM exposure preferred.

• Two-wheeler with DL; 60–70 percent field time; 6-day week.

• Languages: Kannada and English or Hindi; clear presentation and negotiation.
