Candidate Profile	:	Reasonable practical experience in dealing with farmers at a regional or state level. Leadership to develop, motivate sales team to achieve challenging results. Capable of setting up retail sales units in appropriate locations. Capacity to identify and source right products for the needs of the farmers. High degree of professionalism and integrity. Proficiency in speaking South Indian languages with good communication skills in English.
Responsibilities	:	Junior Manager Marketing is responsible to create a marketing organisation that is dynamic and impressive to build up high level of Goodwill for the organization and its products in the field of retail marketing through knowledge centres. He should be able to plan out good marketing strategies to reach out to the farmers and be one step ahead of competition all the time.
